职位信息
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls professionally, transferring and taking messages upon necessity;
Greet and guide visitors (clients, candidates, and vendors) ensure adherence to building security protocols by checking identification;
Coordinate on office public resource usage and make sure it works properly, such as meeting room checking, tea room, printer and so on;
Prepare business cards for company staff if need;
Update telephone list frequently and dispatch it timely;
Monthly admin expenses allocation and payment arrangement, prepare admin related reports;
Daily sample/package sending/receiving/dispatching job (Domestic and International);
Office supplies management;
Reasonable usage of company cars;
Support employee activities like team building/Outing/Annual Dinner;
Maintain a good standard of reception lobby environment;
Assist on new DLs hiring and on boarding;
Any tasks designated by Manager.
Qualifications:
College degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent;
1 or 2 years in office admin management experience;
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Smart, quick learner and willing to learn;
Be proactive, good working attitude and understanding;
Friendly, open-minded and reliable and team work spirit;
Good command of English and PC usage;
